Hermosa Beach Median Home Prices top $2.0M in December 2017

Hermosa Beach median home prices in December topped the $2,000,000 mark for the 3rd time in 2017.  With Hermosa Beach being a very small town and with only 15 home sales, one month of year over year numbers don’t mean much but based on the data the median home prices jumped almost 40% over the priro December.  Hermosa Beach saw 15 closed home sale in December at a median price of $2,003,000.  While median prices have topped $2.0M in the past it’s still fairly rare.  Click here to see the current homes for sale in Hermosa Beach or view our recent home sales in Redondo Beach.
